Appointments
We make every effort to see sick patients the same day you call for an appointment.
Please call ahead if you will be unable to keep your child’s appointment so that we may give that time slot to another patient.
There is a $25.00 no-show fee for missed appointments. Must have 2 hour notice. No Exceptions. This must be paid before your child’s appointment can be rescheduled.
Families who miss multiple appointments without calling may be asked to find another physician.
Past Due Balances
Must be paid in full prior to making an appointment, fill prescriptions, or receive paperwork. NO exceptions to this rule.
Emergency
In case of Life-Threatening Emergency Call 911.
In the event of an after-hours emergency, please call the exchange at (888) 386-2740. A nurse from St. Louis Children’s Hospital will be able to assist you. If needed, the nurse will contact one of the doctors who will call you as soon as possible. Please use the exchange for emergencies only.
Payment Policy
Co-pays (if applicable) are required at the time of check-in.
Please bring your insurance card to every visit. This will ensure that we always have up-to-date billing information for you.
The office accepts Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Debit Bank Cards for payment. No Cash or Checks.
Prenatal Visits
Our doctors are available to meet with parents-to-be. We try to schedule these appointments at the end of the day, to allow time for any questions prospective parents have. There is no charge for these visits.
Age Limits
As much as we would like to see children until they grow up to adulthood and have children of their own, most insurances ask us to send patients to adult medicine doctors at 18 years of age. When that time comes, we will be glad to provide you with referrals of other physicians who can take care of your future medical needs.
*For a variety of reasons, including respecting our patients with food allergies, PLEASE DO NOT BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE OFFICE.
