We accept most insurances, including Tricare and most Illinois Public Aid (Meridian, Molina, Illinicare, Youthcare). If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please call our billing office at 618-876-1209.
Payment Policy
Co-pays (if applicable) are required at the time of check-in.
Please bring your insurance card to every visit. This will ensure that we always have up-to-date billing information for you.
The office accepts Visa/MasterCard/Discover/Debit Bank Cards for payment. No Cash or Checks.
There is a $25.00 no-show fee for missed appointments. This must be paid before your child’s appointment can be rescheduled.
