For New Patients
Ahmad and Rana Pediatrics happily accepts new patients through age 12. (Occasional exceptions can be made for older siblings of our patients.)
We accept most insurances, including Tricare and Illinois Public Aid. If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, please call our billing office at (618) 876-1209.
If you are transferring from another physician, we require an up-to-date vaccination record for each child. If your child’s shots are not up to date, your county health department can give any vaccines needed.

*For a variety of reasons, including respecting our patients with food allergies, PLEASE DO NOT BRING FOOD OR DRINKS INTO THE OFFICE.

Please print out the necessary forms and bring them with you to your visit. This will save you time in the waiting room. If you are unsure which forms you need please contact our office and we would be happy to assist you.
